Pollo dietético al horno

Definitivamente consumir pollo es lo mío, no importa cómo, frito asado o al horno como en esta
receta que vamos a preparar hoy, es la carne que me gusta y su versatilidad a la hora de mezclarlo
con otros alimentos me gusta aun mas, es increíble como resalta su sabor, manteniendo su valor
nutricional y se lleva bien con todo, no por nada es la carne light por excelencia , hoy lo vamos a
preparar con ajo y tomillo al horno, dos ingredientes que elevaran al máximo su sabor y aroma
manteniendo su bajo contenido calórico ideal para acompañar cualquier dieta

Ingredientes:

  •  8 muslos de pollo o 4 cuartos de pollo
  •  1 cabeza de ajos
  •  2 limones
  •  tomillo (cantidad al gusto, pero suficiente para que deje su aroma y sabor en el asado)
  •  pimienta negra
  •  aceite de oliva virgen extra
  •  sal

Estos son los ingredientes para la receta básica de el pollo solamente, pero si tu quieres lo
puedes acompañar con lo que tú quieras puedes poner algo de verduras al vapor o tal vez
unas papas asadas.

Preparación PASO A PASO

  •  Enciende y precalienta el horno a 200º C con el ventilador.
  •  Prepara el pollo, quítale la piel y la posible grasa que tenga,
  •  Colocarlo sobre una bandeja de horno ligeramente engrasada con aceite de oliva,
    salpimentar al gusto y úntalo bien con aceite de oliva frotándolo con las manos.
  •  Cuando el horno esté caliente, introduce la bandeja de pollo y deja que se empiece a
    cocinar.
  •  Mientras tanto, pela los dientes de ajo y machácalos, corta un limón en cuartos y el otro
    limón exprímelo.
  •  Pasados unos 15 minutos, retira el pollo del horno e incorpora el tomillo, los ajos, los
    limones cortados, y el jugo de limón (si deseas un sabor más intenso puedes utilizar el
    zumo de dos o tres limones) bañando la carne.
  •  Vuelve a introducir la bandeja en el horno y reduce la temperatura a 180º C.
  •  Hornea durante 45 minutos aproximadamente, dándole la vuelta a la carne de vez en
    cuando y bañando con el jugo de la bandeja. Si cubres los ajos y los limones con el mismo
    pollo, se hará más lentamente y dejará todo su sabor.

Receta fácil Pollo al horno

  •  Antes de finalizar el asado, pon el horno unos minutos más a 200º C para que esté bien
    dorado, si es necesario retira los ajos para que no se quemen.
    Ahí lo tienes otra receta súper sencilla que puedes preparar en casa de una manera muy fácil y
    que seguramente encantara a toda la familia, y si tienes invitados ni hablar, elige tu con que lo
    quieres acompañar y sorpréndelos a todos, va bien a cualquier hora
