Milanesa de Pollo al Horno

Una de las formas de comer pollo que más gusta a la gran mayoría de las personas y más aun a los
que gustan de cuidar su alimentación evitando la ingesta de gran cantidad de calorías y grasas es
al horno, así es, el pollo al horno se ha convertido en la gran opción para todas aquellas personas
que gustan de esta rica carne y a la vez gustan de cuidar su salud y su figura sin descuidar darle
gusto a su paladar, pero vamos a la receta que estamos seguros te va a encantar.

Ingredientes

  • 2 supremas de pollo
  •  1 huevo
  •  1 clara de huevo
  •  2 dientes de ajo
  •  Perejil fresco picado
  •  ½ cebolla
  •  Leche descremada
  •  Pan integral tostado
  •  Sal c/n
  •  Pimienta negra molida

Preparación

  • Tritura el pan integral tostado junto con el perejil fresco picado y reserva.
  • Quítale la grasa a las supremas y filetéalas.
  • Coloca el huevo y la clara de huevo en la licuadora junto con la cebolla, la leche, los dientes
    de ajo, la pimienta negra molida y la sal al gusto.
  • Mezcla durante unos segundos y coloca el batido de los huevos y las supremas de pollo
    fileteadas dentro de una bolsa con cierre hermético.
  • Cierra bien la bolsa y llévala al refrigerador durante 60 minutos, dando vuelta la bolsa cada
    20 minutos.
  • Precalienta el horno a 180º C y echa un poco de aceite en aerosol en la bandeja.
  • Cuando haya pasado la hora saca la bolsa con las milanesas del refrigerador
  • Pasa las milanesas por el pan integral tostado triturado de un lado y del otro y coloca en
    una bandeja.
  • Cubre con papel aluminio y lleva al horno durante 20 minutos.
    10. Una vez transcurridos los 20 minutos, retira el papel aluminio y deja cocinar durante 10
    minutos más hasta que estén bien doraditas las milanesas
    11. Retira las milanesas de pollo una vez hechas y acompaña con papas al vapor y ensalada, si
    gustas también las puedes servir con arroz y puré.
  • Si no tienes horno o simplemente no quieres hacer este plato al horno no te preocupes, también
    puedes cocinar estas ricas milanesas en un sartén sin aceite, o sea, no tienes que freírlas, solo
    coloca un pequeñísimo chorrito de aceite en el sartén, coloca las milanesas y tápalas, deja que se
    cuezan por veinte minutos, luego pincela las milanesas de pollo con leche y déjalas cocinar hasta
    que tomen color, ya estarán listas para servir.
