Albóndigas de Pollo para dieta

Hoy queremos presentarte otra deliciosa opción a la hora de preparar tu comida para dieta, como
ya lo sabes el pollo es después del pavo, la carne de dieta por excelencia por su gran contenido
nutricional, su aporte de proteínas y su bajo contenido de calorías y grasas es la comida ideal para
todos aquellos que están decididos a cuidar su salud y figura sin descuidar el sabor, en esta
ocasión vamos a mostrarte como prepara unas ricas albóndigas de pollo que te harán chuparte los
dedos

Ingredientes básicos:

  •  800gr. de carne de pollo picada finamente
  •  4 dientes de ajo grandes
  •  perejil, sal, pimienta
  •  2 huevo
  •  pan rallado
  •  harina de trigo
  •  aceite de oliva

Ingredientes para la salsa

  •  1 cebolla mediana
  •  1 pimiento rojo mediano
  •  3 zanahorias pequeñas
  •  1 lata de tomates enteros de 500gr.
  •  sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo
  •  aceite de oliva

Preparacion de albóndigas de pollo para dieta

  •  Pelar y picar los 4 ajos y el perejil, luego machacar y mezclar en un mortero hasta tener
    una mezcla homogénea
  •  En un bol colocar la carne de pollo finamente picada y añadir la mezcla de ajo y perejil, la
    sal y la pimienta al gusto
  •  Añadir los 2 huevos y un puñado de pan rallado, mezclar todo muy bien hasta conseguir
    una consistencia más seca
  •  Si se observa que después de haber removido bastante la mezcla continua muy pegajosa o
    con mucho liquido debido al huevo, añadir mas pan rallado hasta conseguir una textura
    mas compacta.
  •  Una vez se tenga la masa de carne compacta dejarla reposar unos 20 minutos
  •  Pasados los 20 minutos podemos empezar a hacer las bolas con la masa de carne las pasamos
    por harina y las freímos en aceite otra opción mas saludable para hacer estas albóndigas más sanas y mas light es colocarlas
  • en el horno a 180 grados hasta que doren sacar del horno y reservar

Preparación de la salsa

  •  en un sartén anti adherente freímos la cebolla previamente picada y añadimos la
    zanahoria y el pimiento picados finamente, dejamos freír hasta dorar bien
  •  añadimos la lata de tomate también picados finamente
  •  mezclamos bien los ingredientes y añadimos la sal, la pimienta y el ajo en polvo (cantidad
    a tu gusto), lo dejamos a fuego lento por 30 minutos removiendo regularmente
  •  batir la salsa con batidora o licuadora y bañar las albóndigas de pollo con la salsa
  •  dejarlas hervir a fuego lento durante 15 minutos para que compacten los sabores de la
    salsa y las albóndigas de pollo
    Tal vez te parezca un poquito elaborada esta receta de albóndigas de pollo pero no te arrepentirás
    de intentar, acompáñalas con lo que tú quieras igual van bien con todo
